Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, stains, makeup marks, deodorant stains, perfume scent, or damage.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)


Sizing & Fit

Please review our size guide before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, but exchanges may be available depending on stock.


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
